Greetings. I'm Jeff Hall, founder of OUR NATIONAL CONVERSATION, or ONC for short. See

Our mission is to reduce toxic partisanship and build a media platform that encourages civil dialogue. Republicans, Democrats, Independents -- all are welcome at ONC. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

We are largely powered by college student interns. Gen Z is inheriting a very challenging world and they need our support. We have 65 student interns at any one time.

We have opinion writers, copy editors, video and podcast producers, nonprofit fundraisers, tech, social media types, HR students and more. We have a lot of students and not enough "adult supervision."

If you have a particular skill and want to share your insights with our students, they REALLY appreciate the involvement of our experienced professionals. You will enjoy it, too.

Our mentors typically spend 2-4 hours a week on this. There are two Zoom meetings a week and many students want, need and benefit from one-on-one attention.

Students today are very concerned about the economy and need advice on how to go about applying for jobs or grad school. You can help get America's future leaders off to a good start. You will be helping make America a better country.

If we raise money, our intent is to start paying people, at least on a part-time basis, so this could turn into something more. Our ability to raise money will largely be a function of how good a job we're doing, so everyone's contribution matters. We think, with one big push, 2026 could be our breakout year.
