Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to elevate our digital brand presence and drive online engagement for our North American market. In this role, you will have full ownership of our social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative storyteller and an analytical marketer who can seamlessly manage campaigns from concept through execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, content calendar, and daily execution for all North American social media channels (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn). Draft, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging posts that align with corporate branding and product launches. Monitor industry trends, engage with the online community, and implement growth strategies to expand reach and follower engagement. Email Marketing & Automation (25-30%) Design, build, and execute end-to-end targeted email marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Manage audience segmentation, list hygiene, and A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaborate with product and sales teams to build automated nurture workflows for inbound leads. Digital Content Creation & Design (20%) Design eye-catching digital assets, including web banners, social media graphics, and digital flyers using Canva. Coordinate the promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up for monthly educational webinars. Analytics & Reporting (10%) Track, analyze, and report monthly KPIs for social media, email campaigns, and website traffic using Google Analytics and platform native insights. Translate data into actionable insights to continuously optimize digital marketing performance and ROI. Qualifications Experienc e: 1–3 years of dedicated experience managing professional social media channels, email marketing, or digital campaigns (Biotech, Life Sciences, or B2B tech environment is a major plus).
