Manufacturing Technician 2 Genetic Sciences Division (Austin, TX)
- Assemble both sub-assemblies and finished goods with precision and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including proper use of PPE in standard and clean room settings
- Operate manual and semi-automated filling equipment safely and efficiently
- Identify and resolve deviations from established practices to ensure product quality
- Complete all required training and adhere to ISO and regulatory standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality for reliable team performance Required Skills and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years experience in kitting and packaging within a manufacturing environment
- Strong manual assembly skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and production schedules independently
- Experience lifting/moving objects up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable and reliable in fast-paced settings Preferred Skills: - Experience in life sciences manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO and regulatory standards

About the Role:

This Monday Friday, day-shift contract role plays a pivotal part in the production and assembly of high-quality scientific products.
