POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for variouskitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish and pot washing, generalkitchen cleaning, and the storing of food and non-food supplies. Assist with food preparation and plating whennecessary.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibleforest-up and maintenance of dish and pot washing areas
• Responsible forcleaning and storing all pots, dishes, and utensils
• Clean productionequipment as needed or directed by supervisor
• Remove rubbishfrom building on a regular basis
• Maintain orexceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
• Follow daily andweekly cleaning schedules
• Practice allsafety and loss prevention procedures
• Attend allin-services as required
• Perform all otherreasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor

Educational Requirements andExperience :

• High schooldiploma or equivalent, but not necessary
