Engaging customers with a friendly demeanor, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will manage calls, web chats, and social media interactions to address automotive needs and schedule service appointments in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Act as a brand advocate and provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels Guide customers through their automotive journey by answering questions and providing knowledgeable insights Collaborate with team members to resolve customer escalations and maintain accurate customer records Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing Familiarity with telephony and CRM software such as InContact or Zendesk Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word High school diploma or equivalent Remote work experience and a suitable workspace with high-speed internet
