We are not looking for someone to just make social media posts. We are looking for someone who can help us grow from $6M to $50M over the next 5 years by helping us get more customers at a lower cost. This role is part marketing, part sales, part operations, and part data. The mission is to build a growth machine that brings in good leads, gets them booked, and helps us know what is working. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead generation Cost per lead Cost per booked job Online lead follow-up Website conversion Google and local SEO AI search visibility Content that builds trust Hatch follow-up Reviews San Antonio growth Weekly marketing reporting You will be successful if: More leads turn into booked jobs Our cost to acquire customers goes down Our booking rate goes up Bad lead sources get cut Good lead sources get scaled Our website produces more calls San Antonio grows faster The team has better marketing data Who We Want We want an A-player.
