This role includes using wood processing equipment such as automated panel saws, edge banders, CNC routing drilling equipment, and packing equipment./ppstrong 2nd Shift: M-F 1:30P 9:30P /strong/ppstrong What We Offer: /strong/pullistrong Hourly rates start at $23.32 per hour /strong/lili10 PTO days, 5 sick days, and 10 paid holidays/lili401K retirement plan with company match/liliHealth insurance - Medical, Dental, and Vision/liliCompany provided life insurance/liliVoluntary overtime available on Saturdays/liliPaid 30 minute lunch/li/ulpstrong Duties and Responsibilities: /strong/pulliOperate equipment following all safety processes established within the facility./liliProduce the required quality quantity of parts within established specifications to maximize daily productivity expectations of boards being shipped./liliMaintain a log and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces./liliInspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment and perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area./liliCheck products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion and resolve any identified problems and alert line lead./liliResponsible for on/off-loading of products such as tables, rolling racks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily./liliProduce quality and error-free work./liliEnsure proper storage of materials in the warehouse./li/ulpstrong Qualifications: /strong/pulliMinimum high school diploma or GED required./liliAbility to work in all assigned areas of production and perform relief duties when required./liliAbility to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and use/read a tape measure./liliAbility to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, ability to frequently stoop, bend and kneel, often reach with hand and arms and grasp, and be able to constantly stand./liliNeed to have visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts produced./liliTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
