Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Department: BT/RBT Location: Raynor Center Compensation: $19.50 - $23.00 / hour Description Location: Bellevue Center 3802 Ranor Parkway, Suite 201 Bellevue, NE 68123 Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday,8:00 am-5:00 pm Why Join Autism Learning Collaborative? What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation & driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
