Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our fabricating machinery and facility infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic aptitude, coupled with a commitment to maintaining compliance with all safety regulations.

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts on fabricating machinery.

Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, performing timely repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of equipment.

Ensure all machinery and safety equipment are in full compliance with OSHA, local, and federal regulations.

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for accurate documentation of work orders, repair logs, and parts inventory.

Provide assistance with the installation of new equipment and undertake necessary repairs to building infrastructure.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with hydraulic systems.
• Experience with robotics maintenance.
• Capable of performing general building maintenance tasks.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance documentation.
