Overview

Inpatient Therapist, Behavioral Health - $3,000 Sign On Bonus. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
• Display active involvement in the treatment planning process.
• Provide family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
• Actively communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources. Demonstrate proactive communication with those involved in the patient\'s treatment.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members. Demonstrate active communication with team members.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Master\'s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
• Experience: Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
