Benefits Training & development Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule About the Role ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our growing team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily care and companionship right in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment Assist with meal planning and preparation according to dietary needs Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans Requirements Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or caregiver preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting CPR/First Aid certification is a plus About Us ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
