Lead

• 1 year custodial experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred
• Supports and directs assigned Custodians
• Works under Supervisor
• Proven leadership required
• Answers questions, assists with training, holds employees accountable
• No major scheduling responsibility listed
• Checks assigned areas and completes inspections
• Reports unsafe conditions/accidents
• Assists with supplies/equipment
• Not specifically listed

Supervisor

• 2+ years custodial management preferred, but other management experience may qualify
• Directly supervises Leads AND Custodians
• Reports directly to Contract Manager
• Proven leadership + communication, HR, time management and people-management skills
• Evaluates performance, recommends continued employment/placement/coaching, handles complaints and operational issues
• Plans and schedules Custodians to meet contract requirements
• Responsible for contract specifications, QA issues, inspections and developing QC systems
• Provides safety instruction, addresses unsafe conditions and is responsible for preventing employee injuries
• Controls inventory, conducts weekly inventory and requisitions supplies/equipment
• Accountable for keys checked in/out
