Key Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment scheduling, retail sales, and inventory control

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in all spa areas

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly

- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and special packages

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and spa policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in spa management or supervisory roles within the wellness or hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills
