Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Position Overview Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In Home After‑School Hours. Autumn ABA offers high‑quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part‑time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism for in‑home ABA therapy after school hours. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive rates, and potential travel compensation. Responsibilities Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism. Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA. Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork. Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). A bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work is preferred. Experience working with young children (preferred). Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (required). Willingness to travel 100% and ability to commute to Bayonne, NJ (required). Job Details Job type: Part‑time. Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour. Hours: 10 ‑ 15 per week.
