Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery, ensuring a smooth and safe recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and recovery progress post-surgery.
• Provide pain management and other medical interventions as needed.
• Document patient care and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure effective and coordinated recovery for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current hospital PACU RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Prior experience with Meditech is preferred.
