Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys with a variety of immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on immigration law experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, EOIR, and the Department of State. Assist attorneys with family-based, employment-based, asylum, naturalization, adjustment of status, DACA, TPS, VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa cases. Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients regarding case requirements and updates. Prepare legal forms, affidavits, and supporting documents. Maintain case files, deadlines, and client records. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and government agencies. Ensure compliance with immigration procedures and firm policies. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and USCIS forms. Ability to prepare and organize legal documents. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
