Position Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis (ICHD) Employment Type Full‑Time Shift Three (3) Days Per Week, 12‑Hour shifts (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), Closing 10:30 AM–11:30 PM Requirements Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), required. About the role DaVita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high‑quality care. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians. Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required. What to Expect Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Long‑term patient relationships. Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients. Paid training provided. Schedule 3 Days Per Week, 12‑Hour Shifts | 10:30 AM–11:30 PM. Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), required. RN license in the state of practice. ADN required; BSN preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Reliable transportation for potential floating. Preferred (Not Required) Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of three (3) years experience in Dialysis, In‑Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg. CNN/CDN certification. Compensation The wage range for the role is $41.00–$56.00 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
