About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary CarePhysician to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population while contributing to a collaborative, mission‑driven environment that integrates addiction medicine and behavioral health. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality primary care services in an FQHC setting serving underserved communities Participate in inpatient detox rounds as needed Collaborate with clinical staff by supporting triage and patient care coordination Contribute to mentoring and training of health professionals Assist in the operation of specialty and off‑site clinics Engage in on‑call rotation with fellow providers Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives Partner with the Medical Director on clinical operations and best practices Why Join SSTAR? Board eligible in family medicine required, Board certified preferred. Previous experience in ambulatory care clinic preferred. Experience managing patients with HIV and STD required; Infectious Diseases sub‑specialty training preferred.
