WhatYou'llDo Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updatesregardingtreatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards WhatWe'reLooking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
