In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and implement personalized care plans, and monitor clinical outcomes to facilitate patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-focused care while upholding high clinical and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns.
• Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
