Join our team to bring top-quality finishes and craftsmanship to our RV restoration and repair projects.Responsibilities:Prepare RV surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.Apply BASF Sikkens brand paints with precision to achieve high-quality finishes.Perform fiberglass repair and preparation work to restore structural integrity and aesthetics.Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results.Operate and maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns and compressors.Inspect completed paint jobs to ensure adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.Install bolt on exterior body components related to collision repair.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
