Hours: 1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.

Job Summary: Responsible for controlling inventory movement and adjustments.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for controlling inventory movement and processing inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Monitors inventory transactions, investigates discrepancies, and reconciles inventory variances.
• Maintains accurate inventory data within the inventory management system.
• Coordinates cycle counts and assists with physical inventory audits.
• Reviews and documents inventory transfers, receipts, and shipments.
• Works with operations and warehouse personnel to resolve inventory-related issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure inventory integrity through accurate tracking, movement control, adjustment processing, and discrepancy resolution.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and squat while performing inventory counts and inspections.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and computers.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed to access inventory locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements for data entry and scanning activities.
• Ability to visually inspect inventory, read labels, and distinguish product numbers and codes.
• Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust.
