Job Summary

As part of the Data and Planning team, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that drive business growth and enhance decision- making. Will be responsible for analyzing service performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with service operations, cx experience, technology, and leadership to develop strategies and improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and support the company's long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance
• Lead the development of data- and AI-driven strategic initiatives that improve service operations and customer experience.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation across analytics and planning processes to increase decision quality
• Own executive-level reporting and planning models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
• Present analysis, strategic recommendations, and business impact to sr. leadership.
• Maintain the delivery of quality work while adhering to ethical standards.
• Analyze complex data sets to drive actionable insights

Education/Experience (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, data science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 6+ years of Experience in data analytics, business strategy, or operations planning.
• Strong analytical and data-visualization skills, with the ability to turn raw performance data into clear, actionable insights for multiple audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, data visualization, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience building polished, executive-level presentations.
• Detail-oriented with a strong track record of process development, documentation, and execution.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors providing critical business services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and align teams spread across a geographically dispersed area.
• A strong bias for action with a high sense of urgency to resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
• Experience automating workflows and analysis using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is strongly preferred
