What You’ll Do

Be the welcoming voice and face of Goldfish—on the phone and at the front desk

Guide families through programs, memberships, and promotions

Confidently close sales and earn bonuses for meeting sales goals

Handle scheduling, registrations, and customer questions with efficiency and care

Juggle multiple tasks while keeping the vibe upbeat, calm, and fun

Create WOW moments that turn first-time callers into lifelong members

️ What We’re Looking For

Prior sales and customer service experience required

A naturally happy demeanor with a warm, friendly phone voice

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Comfort with goal-driven sales conversations

Confidence, professionalism, and positive energy—even during busy times

A team-first mindset with interest in long-term growth

⏰ Availability Requirements

Candidates must be available for at least 25 hours per week, including some combination of the following shifts:

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm

Monday–Thursday: 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

(Weekend availability is important )
