Concierge

Concierge PositionPayrate: $18.00- $19.00/hr.The Concierge is the first point of contact for visitors at the Company's Resource Center retail. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring guests and callers are directed appropriately in a courteous and professional manner. The Concierge also provides administrative and clerical support while maintaining accurate records, reception area resources, and communication materials.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and direct them to the appropriate Company representative.Maintain visitor intake sign-in logs and administer exit satisfaction surveys.Schedule one-on-one consultation appointments for licensed and certified Company representatives, as needed.Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.Route and transfer calls accurately to the appropriate parties.Perform clerical duties, including light filing and data entry.Organize and maintain current corporate information and telephone directories.Maintain reception area resources, including brochures, newsletters, event calendars, and other informational materials.Receive and distribute mail, packages, special deliveries, supplies, and other incoming items to the appropriate recipients.Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.Education RequirementsAssociate degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.Experience RequirementsPrevious receptionist or customer service experience in an organization with 50 or more employees.Experience working in a professional office environment.Experience performing administrative and clerical duties.Required SkillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Strong telephone etiquette and professionalism.Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative processes.Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, employees, and external contacts.Preferred SkillsExperience scheduling appointments or coordinating consultations.Experience maintaining reception area resources and visitor information materials.Experience handling incoming deliveries, mail distribution, and office support functions.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $18.00 - $19.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
