Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare for individuals and families throughout the life cycle, from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency in Family Medicine from an accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Must possess or be eligible for an active Michigan medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
