Title: Relocation Consultant
Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:25 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–22/hr

Your Role:

• Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and current residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Utilize your leasing experience to guide residents through the application process, manage credit reports, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of our Relocation Department under the direction of the Director of Operations.

• Maintain organized, efficient operations in the Relocation area, conduct market surveys, and offer insights to stay competitive in the housing market.
