Job Details Our client, a rapidly growing company in the consumer services industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The organization serves thousands of customers daily and is focused on helping people feel more confident and better about themselves through a high-touch service experience. This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, working in a fast‑paced environment, and helping build a strong accounting infrastructure. The company is currently utilizing Microsoft Great Plains and is looking for someone to help streamline accounting operations, strengthen internal processes, and ensure a timely and accurate month‑end close. Key Responsibilities Manage and participate in the month‑end and year‑end close process Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Help establish and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures Analyze financial data and support management with reporting and operational insights Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting standards Partner cross‑functionally with operations and leadership teams Assist with audits and support external accountants as needed Work within Microsoft Great Plains and help optimize system workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close procedures Experience with Microsoft Great Plains preferred Proven ability to improve processes and work independently Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
