Responsibilities Serve guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at the entry, cashier, and dining areas; stay on the move to meet needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude, ensuring every guest receives our best. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up for the next shift. Clear communication skills and ability to understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy. Ability to multitask, stay reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
