• Research Background: Human Factors Research background is required.
• Proctoring Experience: Proven proctor research experience.
• Product Knowledge: Prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products.
• Leadership: Prior Manager experience is required.
• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner and available to work 100% onsite.

• Manage & Develop the Proctor Team: Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols.
• Uphold Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met.
• Plan & Execute Research: Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products.
• Develop & Approve Protocols: Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals.
• Collect & Analyze Data: Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results.
• Communicate Findings: Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively.
