Talent Management Intern - HR Tech & LMS Launch

Springs Window Fashions

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Talent Management Intern for Summer 2027 to support the HR technology rollout of Lyric LMS and Lyric Talent. You will work closely with the Talent Management Team and HR business partners on implementation planning, data migration, testing, and change management materials. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR or related fields, with strong written communication, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
