Role Description The Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator will play an essential role in supporting the daily patient experience and front desk operations at our Darien, CT location. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for patients while helping maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming environment across all practice touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out support, appointment scheduling, front desk coordination, communication management, administrative support, and assisting with overall office organization and operational flow. This on-site role is critical to ensuring a seamless patient journey while supporting the broader clinical and operations team. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills Experience with appointment scheduling, reception, or front desk coordination Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, warm, and patient-centered demeanor Strong attention to detail and operational organization Comfort with technology and electronic medical record systems (Cerbo experience is a plus) Ability to support a high-touch, patient experiences Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or customer service environments preferred Interest in integrative medicine, wellness, or holistic health is a plus Able to work 10-20 hours per week Pay based on experience ranging $20-30/hr
