Skywood Recovery Center is a residential treatment facility in Augusta, MI seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead HR strategy, employee relations, and staffing across designated facilities. This role partners with leadership to align people practices with business objectives and ensures regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years HR and 3+ years in management, PHR/SPHR preferred, and proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
