Remote RN Case Manager: Care Coordination & Advocacy
ANA-Ohio
CVS Health is seeking a Case Manager RN for a 100% remote role, with the employee able to reside in any state. No travel is required.
Normal hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm in the residence time zone, with rotational coverage of evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. The Case Manager RN uses assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs, coordinating care through communication and available resources to promote optimal,
