Spherion Sioux Falls is looking for General Production Associates for a local client in Sioux Falls. The General Production Associate plays an important role in the manufacturing process. The role contributes to achieving the company's production goals and quality standards to deliver exceptional products to customers.

Experience: 1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a production or general manufacturing environment
- Must be 18 or older
- Basic reading & writing skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Thrives at working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a loud environment
