Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and intricate laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-following established protocols with excellence.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, address any discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, guide new team members or students, and aid in upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
