The Leadership Opportunity
As AFMD, you'll partner with the facility medical director, hospital administration and regional leadership to help lead the hospital medicine program. Key responsibilities include...

• Supporting physician recruitment, onboarding and performance
• Helping drive quality, patient care and operational goals
• Assisting with scheduling, staffing and program management
• Building strong relationships with hospital and medical staff leadership
• Supporting quality improvement, compliance and clinical initiatives
• Mentoring new providers and helping strengthen the hospitalist team
• Continuing to practice clinically as part of the hospital medicine team

Previous leadership experience is preferred, but not required. Previous hospital medicine practice experience is required. No visa sponsorship available.
