Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Location: Clifton Springs, NY
Shift: 3x12 Hour Nights/Mids Rotation (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM / 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
Duration: 8 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity level
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines

Required Qualifications

Active New York RN License (In Hand – Required)
Minimum recent Emergency Room nursing experience
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Current PALS Certification
Current NIHSS Certification
Strong emergency assessment and critical care skills
