We are a growing, client-focused accounting firm seeking a proactive and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional interested in developing a long-term career with the opportunity to take on firm leadership and ownership in the future.
Ownership Track Responsibilities (Mid-to-Long-Term):
- Participate in firm management and strategic planning.
- Build equity through performance, leadership, and client acquisition.
- Take on increased decision-making responsibility in firm operations.
- Collaborate with partners on succession planning and equity transition.
