• Earn up to $1,500 this summer - $500 per month in June, July, and August - by meeting our monthly performance standards. This bonus is paid monthly, so you see the reward right away.
• Perfect attendance (no call outs, no tardiness).
• Short/found rate of 1 out of 2,500 cases or less.
• No preventable accidents.
• No customer complaints.
• No disciplinary write-ups.
• Accurate driver return forms submitted for every run.
• Pre-trip, post-trip and fuel-up competed each shift.
• Netradyne score of 900 or above.

Description of Essential Job Functions:

• Able to work a flexible schedule including any of the shifts (Day, night, weekend).
• Unload & load freight off/on trailers; lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally).
• Provide customers with exceptional service.
• Thoroughly matching invoices to orders to prevent any shorts.
• Safe operation of all company equipment.
• Perform vehicle inspections required under section 396.13 of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations.
• Maintain a current Class A or B CDL.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess and maintain a valid Class A or B Commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Pass DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals.
• Up to date Medical Certificate.
