Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.77 per hourMultiple Shift Options: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - OR- 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

What’s a typical day as Tier 2 Assembler - Placement Order? You’ll be:

• Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area
• Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assisting and providing guidance to new team members
• Performing highly structured activities based on defined work procedures, rules, and instructions.
• Applying basic technical knowledge to operate equipment and follow processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Possess at least one year of related experience.
• Can follow detailed instructions and work within defined procedures.
• Are comfortable working under close supervision.
• Can apply basic understanding of technical processes, procedures, equipment, and systems.
• Are able to perform the physical demands of the job, with reasonable accommodations if needed.
