Responsibilities
- Deliver acute care to adult and pediatric patients in a combined ED setting with trauma capabilities
- Triage, initial assessment, ongoing monitoring, airway management, and initiating appropriate interventions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products as indicated; interpret dysrhythmias and provide ACLS-level care
- Collaborate with Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response teams; participate in interdisciplinary rounds and procedures
- Document care in EPIC; use SBAR for concise handoffs; maintain patient safety and rapid disposition planning

Requirements
- Active NY RN license in hand to submit
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required
- Trauma center experience: Level I/II preferred; Level III, Primary Stroke Center noted
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work in a high-volume ED with adult and pediatric patients; willingness to float per unit policy
- Travel eligibility: First-time travelers accepted; locals not accepted per posting
