Pharmacist I - RWJBarnabas Health At RWJBarnabas Health, the Pharmacist I plays a vital role in delivering safe, effective pharmaceutical care across a diverse patient population. Working with a high level of clinical judgment and independence, they are responsible for preparing, dispensing, and monitoring medications while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This role supports patients across all age groups, from neonatal through geriatric care, while maintaining the highest standards of medication safety and regulatory compliance.
