Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs. Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues. Complete repairs and services per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Communicate effectively with service advisors to clearly explain diagnoses, recommend necessary repairs, and accurately estimate completion times. Document all work performed using the dealership's repair order system. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and participate in training and certification programs. Utilize manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools and equipment with proficiency. Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians as needed. Test drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and quality repairs. European automotive experience preferred but not required What We Offer: Top Performers' annual income $80,000-$120,00 via a flat rate pay plan.
