AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Senior AssociateThe Opportunity: As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Senior Associate you will leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, exploratory analysis, and data visualization to help solve business problems and inform decisions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions by turning large datasets into insights, supporting data-driven decision making, and developing deliverables that align with client needs and broader project objectives.Responsibilities:Analyzing complex client problems using statistical modeling, exploratory analysis, and data visualization techniquesDeveloping data science workflows that translate large data sets into actionable insights for business decisionsBuilding machine learning and predictive modeling solutions using Python, R, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learnCollaborating on AI and GenAI use cases that support data-driven transformation and advanced analytics deliveryDesigning, testing, and refining data models, data pipelines, and data quality checks for analytical solutionsInterpreting results and recommendations for client teams through clear technical documentation and visual storytellingApplying AI fluency, analytical thinking, and data mining skills to identify patterns, risks, and opportunitiesMentoring junior team members, reviewing assigned deliverables, and supporting their growth in technical skillsManaging assigned workstreams while adapting to changing priorities, ambiguity, and client needsWhat You Must Have:At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart:Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/InsuranceDemonstrating AI and GenAI data science project delivery in client settingsApplying machine learning, NLP, and statistical analysis methodsInterpreting complex data to shape recommendations and insightsCollaborating across teams while managing ambiguity and shifting prioritiesMentoring junior team members and reviewing workstream deliverablesTravel Requirements: Up to 80%The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
