HR Assistant

Your role As An HR Administrator, You Will Creates and maintains employee digital personnel files Coordinates background screens, drug screens, and pre-employment physicals Processes new hires and employee data changes in HR LINK/SuccessFactors, including terminations Processes new contractor set up and data changes in HR LINK, including terminations Coordinates new hire onboarding and for new employee orientations Processes I-9 verification and E-Verify, and conduct regular audits of the same Conducts monthly data audits and clean up – new hire data, demographic information, group reporting data, etc. Collaborate with the HR and Communication teams in the creation and maintenance of the HR SharePoint site Serves as a back-up to the payroll admin as needed Develop simplified job aids for identified administrative and system processes Helps initiate the process for tuition reimbursement application and coordinate the tracking and reimbursement procesing with payroll Responds to employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, HR systems, etc. and directs them to the appropriate contact Provides support to HR Team including Talent Acquisition as needed Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Respectfully takes direction from (supervisor/ manager) and other duties as assigned. To succeed, you will need Education Level Bachelor’s Degree preferred Relevant Precious Experience Minimum of three years HR administrative experience Knowledge Areas/Skills Able to handle heavy workloads and prioritize own work. A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities. Proactive, strong attention to detail; exercises good use of independent judgement. High level of integrity and professionalism. Responsible with confidential and sensitive information. Consistency in task completion, response time, and work efficiency. Good communication skills, written and verbal.
