Job Responsibilities Conduct and report on transfer agency operations for moderate‑complexity clients. Lead client onboarding and internal conversions. Produce key metric reporting and provide oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes. Assist management with day‑to‑day operations, resolve escalated issues, and enhance productivity through process review and control improvements. Lead project management initiatives, including onboarding of new clients and collaboration with technology and line‑of‑business teams as a Subject Matter Expert. Analyze business data to identify trends, mitigate risk, enhance client relationships, and recommend new products/services to drive revenue growth. Participate in client engagement regarding new products, services, or key business changes. Provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to team objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 3–5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in transfer agency operations preferred. Demonstrated ability to apply key controls/processes to identify potential risk. Strong project management, client engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Base salary for this position ranges from $58,000 to $96,000 per year, adjusted for experience and market location.
