Work Environment\n This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to reach clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities\n In your role as an LPCC, you will: \n \n Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and establish a solid foundation for treatment. \n Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individuals and families, utilizing best practices from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. \n Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to suit the unique backgrounds and situations of your clients. \n Engage in ongoing documentation of client progress using a secure electronic health records (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. \n Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to refine your skills and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic. \n Advocate for client needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a wraparound care approach, ensuring comprehensive support. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will be instrumental in supporting a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Your trauma-informed approach will guide clients through difficult situations, empowering them to pursue recovery and growth. Qualifications\n \n A current and active LPCC license in the state of California. Associate PCCs under supervision are also welcomed to apply. \n A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with demonstrated academic performance in counseling or psychology. \n A strong understanding of evidence-based practices, particularly in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed methods. \n Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client populations. \n A genuine passion for advocacy in mental health, with a focus on social justice and accessibility. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Two years of professional experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health settings. \n Experience working with high-acuity clients, adolescents, or in couples therapy is highly desirable. \n Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, ACT, or others is a plus. \n Interest in participating in clinical supervision or taking on roles in program development. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
