We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and donors. What You'll Do Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, donations, and production. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales, budget, and operational goals. Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Store Leaders, Supervisors, and Retail Associates. Create a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture. Monitor store performance and use sales and operational data to make informed business decisions. Ensure merchandise is processed, priced, displayed, and replenished to maximize sales. Deliver excellent customer and donor experiences while resolving concerns professionally. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment. Protect company assets through effective loss prevention, safety, and compliance practices. Adjust staffing, scheduling, and priorities to meet changing business needs. What We're Looking For Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of achieving results. Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management. Ability to analyze sales and operational metrics and take action to improve performance. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Knowledge of resale, thrift, or secondhand retail operations is a plus. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 3–5 years of retail experience required. Minimum 3 years of management experience required. Experience leading retail operations, production, or high-volume environments required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequently bend, reach, push, and move merchandise.
