CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy under the direction of a licensed OT. Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, teaching ADLs and functional mobility, educating families, and documenting progress. You will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians in a nurturing, dynamic environment that promotes clinical excellence, patient safety, and career growth within our leading post-acute care network.
